Watts Leaf Architects, PA has specialized in the multi-family architecture since the early 1980’s.
This has included podium, manor and garden style buildings. The majority of our work has been garden and high density multi-family buildings. It is a variety of three and four story product, some with elevators and center corridor layouts. Our belief is the common element is multi-family and the experience level is applied to all types of multi-family projects. A wrap or a podium solution uses this experience and code knowledge to come up with a site specific solution.
